After detailed research and planning we have found that there is a widespread need for a reliable and timely post installation service. We feel that our proven track record in the property maintenance profession coupled with our second to none customer service this is a win-win for everybody. Also, we have an established working relationship with many top real estate agents in the area, this gives us a distinct advantage in knowing what agents want and expect from those helping in their business.
How our service works:
- Agent gets his/her listing agreement signed
- Agent places his/her order via our website. www.shadesofgreenposts.com
- Shades of Green installs Post, Company sign, and any sign riders they specify within 3 business days of receipt.**
- When it is time for post and sign to come down Agent simply fills out the same form specifies REMOVAL and the sign is gone.
** In order for personalized sign riders to be installed each agent must either have Shades of Green store their riders, or make riders accessible to the post installer at the property.**
