Agreement for Installation and Maintenance of Real Estate Signage Thank you for choosing Shades of Green Posts, Inc. for all of your post sign installation needs. By signing this form you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shades of Green Posts, Inc. for any claims made against Shades of Green Posts, Inc. agreeing Shades of Green Posts Inc., its owners, employees, or sub-contractors will not be held liable in the event of damage caused due to the post installation process such as but not limited too: damage or breaking of underground irrigation systems, water lines, sewer lines, phone lines, cable/ satellite TV lines. The agent/ broker ordering the service MUST in writing, inform Shades of Green Posts Inc. of any potential hazards that may arise in the installation process. This can be done on the Sign Post Installation Form under "Special Instructions." it is recommended that the broker/agent contact Miss Utility at 1-800-441-8355 prior to the sign post being installed, to avoid these potential hazards. It is also agreed that Shades of Green Posts Inc. will not be held liable for any signs or sign riders that may be damaged, destroyed, or stolen once the post and signs have been installed or while stored with Shades of Green Posts, Inc. It is the responsibility of the broker/ agent to provide Shades of Green Posts Inc. with any signs that need to be installed. It is HIGHLY recommended that all company signs and individual riders be stored with Shades of Green Posts Inc. Sign storage is a free service that will ensure timely installation of the post, sign, and its corresponding riders. If the broker/ agent choose not to allow Shades of Green Posts Inc. to store their signs and sign riders then it is up to the broker/ agent to have the signs readily available and accessible at the address where the sign is being installed. If the broker/ agent chooses not to have their signs/ sign riders stored with Shades of Green Posts Inc. and the installer cannot locate the signs to install at the property, the post will be installed with hardware attached and it is the responsibility of the broker/ agent to install the signs themselves. In the event that a service call is needed due to vandalism, a broken post, or any other event that happens after the post has been installed a service call fee of $18.00 will be assessed. This does not include stolen signs, If an entire post is stolen then it is the responsibility of the broker/agent to inform Shades of Green Posts, inc. and if the broker/agent chooses to have a new post installed that will be a full price. In the event that the broker/ agent chooses to have their signs and sign riders stored with Shades of Green Posts Inc. a monthly inventory report will be generated to the broker/ agent informing them as to how many riders/ signs remain in stock. In the event that an installation order is placed and there isn't a sign to support the order, the broker/ agent will be notified and the order will be processed as normal. Shades of Green Posts Inc. agree, under normal circumstances, to have post, sign, and sign riders installed within 3 business days of receipt. The only exception(s) to this will be due to hazardous or inclement weather conditions, such as snow storm, torrential rain, hurricane/ tornado conditions, or any other condition that could result in injury or bodily harm to the installer of where freezing ground makes it impossible to install. Also, Broker/ Agent must provide all the information asked for, including but not limited to, Directions to property, address of property, and agent/broker info. If the post is not installed within the 3 business day window then the installation will be FREE of charge. It is also agreed upon and understood that all wooden posts are the sole property of Shades of Green Posts, Inc. Shades of Green Posts, Inc., its authorized sub contractors, owners, and employees are the only individuals that are authorized to install, remove, and service the post. Once installed, the post is the responsibility of the Broker/ Agent. It is the responsibility of the Broker/ Agent to inform Shades of Green Posts, Inc. of all removal/ service needs of the post via our website www.shadesofgreenposts.com. Failure to comply with the above may result in additional installation fees, service fees, or removal fees. Furthermore, it is agreed that all payments will be made by the due date specified on the Broker/ Agents invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Broker/Agent and Shades of Green Posts, Inc. In the instance where the Broker/ Agent fails to comply with payment terms, Shades of Green Posts, Inc. reserves the right after 30 days past due payment to collect a late fee for services rendered not to exceed $300 and all services will be stopped.
